Shipping
We are passionate about providing the complete medical supplies solution and part of this is ensuring fast, efficient shipping for all customer orders. Capes Medical charges freight on most orders, exceptions to this are for our account holders that order over $100 + GST (within the North Island). Capes Medical will pay for the freight of any product that is placed on back order.
Courier Post is used where possible utilising their online Track and Trace system for peace of mind.
Payment
We accept several forms of payment - cash, cheque, VISA, Mastercard and bank transfers. We also offer credit to approved customer account holders. Account payment is required by the 20th of the following month.
Returns and Exchanges
If your medical supplies arrive damaged or if we’ve mistakenly sent you the incorrect items, we’ll arrange collection and payment for those items to be returned to us. We will ensure a replacement item is shipped to you immediately.
If a customer requires a product return/exchange that has resulted from their error, they’ll need to arrange shipment and payment of the goods back to Capes Medical within 7 days.
