Hot or Cold Pack Reusable X-Large 25cm x 25cm

Large hot and cold pack for when the smaller sizes just dont cut it!

  • Keep in the freezer so always ready for use (1-2hrs required for maximum coldness) When frozen, the pack remains flexible to form contour the body.
  • Heat in the microwave for approx 60 seconds or hot water for 5-10min.
  • Measures 250mm x 250mm.
  • Non-toxic gel.
