Currently we are experiencing higher than normal traffic volumes and enquires. Rest assured the Capes Team are working very hard to fufil your orders.

We understand that it can be frustrating to not get your order as soon as you are used to. But we are only human and can only do our best. Along with a large number of orders we are experiencing supply issues not only here in NZ but from around the world. So we would ask that you be kind to the team when calling or e-mailing as most of this is beyond our control.

Here at Capes Medical providing premium service to our customers is always a top priority. Getting your healthcare supplies to you on time is important to us.

 

With uncertainty across the board with supply chain delay’s and higher delivery demands around the country we are doing our best to work with our service partners to provide you with the most efficient service possible.

 

Courier companies are at times operating under increased restrictions. On top of this freight companies have seen record-breaking parcel volumes. Whilst our courier partners are working hard to limit freight delays, some delays maybe unavoidable in this current climate.  

We cannot predict how long these freight delays or supply chain issues will continue. To minimise the impact these delays have on your business, we are recommending that customers increase stock holdings. We are advising you to hold an additional 2-3 weeks of stock on all your essential products. 

Please be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your orders to you promptly. Our warehouses are working hard to process all orders ASAP. 

Our team members are doing the best they can, so please support them, and each other. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this together.
