1. Ordering and Payment

Who can order from you?

Any person or business with an address in New Zealand can order from us.

Can I visit you in Mount Maunganui?

Absolutely! You'll find us at 122 Newton Street, Mount Maunganui (view on google maps).

Please note that we are a wholesale shop, so we don't have isles for you to browse - but if you are interested in a particular product then we can bring it to the counter for you. 

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online on our website, or

Do you have a catalogue?

Our website is our catalogue. Because our product range is vast and continually evolving we do not have a physcial catalogue available.

If you are unable to find a particular product please email us or call 0800 18 19 19.

Can I request a quote before placing my order?

Yes. Please email us or call 0800 18 19 19 and we will issue you with a quote or pro-forma invoice.

What payment options are available?

We accept visa or mastercard as credit card payment on our website, or we can accept cash, cheque or bank transfer by arrangement.

If you are a business we can also look to offer credit with account payment required by the 20th of the following month. If you would like to apply for an account please download a credit application form.

What if you don't have the item I'm looking for?

Please email us or call 0800 18 19 19 and we will attempt to source the item and respond to you regarding availability and price.

Are there any limitations to what I can order?

We sell a large range of products to the general public, however some restricted items (for example, pharmaceuticals) are only available to medical practitioners.

2. Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery fees?

Orders of more than $150.00 receive free delivery anywhere within New Zealand. For orders of less than $150 please see our shipping and delivery for fees.

Can you ship overseas?

At present we only deliver to New Zealand addresses, but we have plans to offer international delivery in the future.

How long will my delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time is 1-3 days for in stock items. 

We will advise if we anticipate your delivery being longer for one of the following reasons:

  • We are out of the stock
  • Our suppliers are out of stock
  • We are waiting on an overseas delivery
  • The item is indented
What is an indented item?

An indented item is a product that we offer for sale but do not hold in stock. When you order an indented item from us we will order it from our supplier.

Note: Please choose carefully when ordering indented items. The majority of our indented items cannot be returned for credit, or if a credit is able to be issued then a restocking fee will apply.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Your invoice has a tracking ticket which follows the path of your delivery from our warehouse to your delivery address. In the unlikely event that your order fails to arrive please email us or call 0800 18 19 19

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we will work with you to find a solution. Please email us or call 0800 18 19 19

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us or call 0800 18 19 19 to cancel your order. 

Please note that we are not able to cancel your order if it is an indented item, perishable, altered to your requirements, or shrink wrapped. For full information regarding cancellations please refer to our terms and conditions.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. We do not store credit card information unless specifically requested.
