What does the discount include?
SuperGold Card holders receive 5% off our entire range of medical consumables and devices. The discount is applied to your order subtotal at checkout, excluding GST and freight charges. Whether you're shopping for mobility aids, wound care, first aid, continence products, or daily living aids, your discount applies across the board.

- Over the phone: Give our team a call, mention your SuperGold Card, and we'll take care of the discount for you.
How to get your discount code
To use your SuperGold discount online, you'll need a personal coupon code from our team. It takes just a minute to set up:
Step 1 — Contact our team: Reach out by phone or email — whichever works best for you. Our freephone number is 0800 18 19 19.
Step 2 — Verify your SuperGold Card: Provide a photo or image of your SuperGold Card, or simply share your card number. You can email it through or read it out over the phone.
Step 3 — Receive your discount code: We'll issue you a discount code to use at checkout on our website — it's yours to keep and use on future orders too.
Who is eligible?
The discount is available to current, valid New Zealand SuperGold Card holders. To be eligible you need to:
- Hold a current New Zealand SuperGold Card
- Be shopping for yourself (the discount is non-transferable)
- Be able to provide your card or card number for verification
