New stock is on its way and we need the space. Rather than hold on to existing lines, we're passing the savings straight on to our Account Customers. You get dependable Axis Health equipment at clearance prices, and we get room on the shelves. Everyone wins.

Whether you're fitting out a new clinic, replacing ageing equipment, or stocking up ahead of a busy period, now is a great time to buy. The sale is exclusive to Capes Account Customers, so if you already have an account with us, you're in.

Be quick

This is a genuine clearance, so stock is strictly limited. Some lines are down to their last few units, and once they're gone, they won't be back at these prices. Orders are filled on a first in, first served basis, so if something catches your eye, get in quick!

How to order

Email us to request a flyer to browse the full range of sale items, then place your order by emailing support@capes.co.nz subject: sping sale.

All prices exclude delivery. When you order, we'll arrange a Mainfreight freight quote so you know exactly what you're paying before anything is dispatched.

The sale runs from 21/09/2026 to 31/10/2026 or until stock sells out.

Sale Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Spring sale clearance sale ("the Sale") run by Biomedical Services New Zealand T/A Capes Medical Supplies (Capes). By placing an order for Sale items, you agree to these terms. They apply in addition to your existing Capes account terms of trade. If the two conflict, these terms apply to Sale items.

1. Eligibility
1.1 The Sale is open only to customers with an active Capes trade account in good standing ("Account Customers").
1.2 Capes may decline an order from any account that is on hold, overdue, or over its credit limit.

2. Sale period
2.1 The Sale runs from 21/09/2026 until 31/10/2026, or until stock is sold out, whichever happens first.
2.2 Capes may end the Sale early, or withdraw any item from the Sale, at any time without notice.

3. Sale items
3.1 All Sale items are sourced from Axis Health products supplied by Capes.
3.2 Product images and descriptions are for illustration only. Minor variations in appearance, packaging, or specifications may occur.

4. Stock availability
4.1 Stock is strictly limited. Quantities vary by item and some items may be available in very small numbers only.
4.2 Orders are filled on a first in, first served basis, in the order they are confirmed by Capes.
4.3 Items are not reserved or held until an order is confirmed. Listing an item in Sale material does not guarantee it will be available when you order.
4.4 If an item has sold out, Capes will tell you as soon as practicable. No rain checks, back orders, or substitutions will be offered unless Capes agrees in writing.
4.5 Capes may limit the quantity of any item sold to a single customer.

5. Pricing
5.1 All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
5.2 All prices exclude GST, which will be added to your invoice at the applicable rate.
5.3 All prices exclude freight, packaging, and delivery costs.
5.4 Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the Sale period and cannot be applied to past purchases.
5.5 Sale prices cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, rebate, or special pricing arrangement unless Capes agrees in writing.
5.6 Capes makes every effort to ensure prices and product details are accurate. If an error is found, Capes may correct it and will give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

6. Orders and payment
6.1 Orders must be placed by emailing support@capesmedical.co.nz
6.2 An order is confirmed only when Capes accepts it in writing.
6.3 Sale orders will be charged to your Capes account and are payable under your normal account payment terms, unless Capes specifies otherwise.

7. Freight and collection
7.1 All Sale items are sold ex-Auckland warehouse.
7.2 Where delivery is required, Capes will provide a freight quote from Mainfreight. Freight charges are payable by you in addition to the Sale price.
7.3 Your order will be dispatched once you accept the freight quote. Delivery times are estimates only.
7.4 If you prefer to collect your order, collection must be arranged in advance with Capes and completed within 5 working days of order confirmation. Uncollected goods may be released back into the Sale.

8. Risk and ownership
8.1 Risk in the goods passes to you when they are collected by you or handed to the carrier.
8.2 Ownership of the goods stays with Capes until they are paid for in full, in line with your account terms.

9. Inspection and no returns
9.1 You should inspect goods on receipt and report any damage in transit, or incorrect items supplied, to Capes within 5 working days of delivery.
9.2 All Sale prices are final. Sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any other reason, except as set out in clause 9.1 or where required by law.

10. Consumer law
10.1 The Sale is offered to business customers who are acquiring the goods in trade. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, and that sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply, to the extent permitted by section 43 of the Consumer Guarantees Act and sections 5C and 5D of the Fair Trading Act. The parties agree this is fair and reasonable.
10.2 Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the extent permitted by law, Capes' total liability for any Sale item is limited to the Sale price paid for that item, and Capes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit.

12. General
12.1 Capes may amend these terms at any time by publishing updated terms on this page. The terms in force when your order is confirmed will apply to that order.
12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
