About Returns

If there’s a problem with any product you’ve ordered from us, we’d like to be the first to know – and in all circumstances we’ll work with you to find the best outcome.

To return an item to us: 
When returning goods to us please ensure:
  • That the goods and packaging are returned in their original condition (where possible)

  • That your original invoice or packing slip is included

If you are unable to include your invoice, please include the following:
  • Your customer account number

  • Your full name & contact phone number

  • The product code of the item(s)

  • A description of the item(s)

  • The quantity of the item(s)

Please note: if we receive goods without your invoice or the details above, then we may not have enough info to help.
