Our team works hard to get orders to you fast. If you place an order before midday (Monday to Friday), our team will ensure in-stock items are loaded into a courier on the same day.
Depending on where you live, our courier should deliver it within 2 – 3 working days. Rural deliveries may take a little longer. If the products you order are not held in stock, we'll reach out to discuss alternative solutions.
Like many businesses, the war in Iran is having an impact. For us, the biggest challenge is increasing courier charges due to rising fuel costs. Fuel costs have increased so much so, that as part of our agreement with our courier provider, we now have to pay a fuel surcharge for each and every parcel we send out the door. While we have been absorbing this cost for as long as possible - and hoping the conflict would end - unfortunately, it's not playing out that way. To remain viable, we have had to introduce a variable fuel surcharge of $5.75 (including GST) to partially cover our costs. This charge will be effective from the 20th of May 2026.
This is a temporary charge that will be applied to every order. We hope to reduce and/or remove this charge as soon as possible - fingers crossed the conflict is resolved soon. Thanks for your understanding and support.

If you spend over $200 on medical consumables and lightweight items (excluding GST), we'll deliver it to you for FREE anywhere in NZ.
This offer excludes bulky/oversized items and equipment.
We do not ship to addresses outside of New Zealand. If you're overseas you can still place an order, however you'll need to provide a New Zealand address that we'll deliver to.
